ABOUT Our FLAT

​

Flat 4 is located on the first floor and was fully renovated in 2021.  We reconfigured the layout to make the most of the sea views and everything has been finished to a very high standard.  The flat sleeps four in two bedrooms.

The main room is an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer. The dining table has space to seat 6 and there is a large corner sofa and smart TV. Across the bay window we have built a seat so you can really make the most of the view.

Off the living space is a door to the balcony. It has a wall to one side to protect it from the wind but a window allows a view of the harbour and it is open to a view of the park to the other side.  A table and chairs are here aswell as a retractable washing line should you need it.

There are two bedrooms- the front bedroom has a super kingsize double bed and enjoys views of the harbour- lovely to wake up to the sound, smell and sight of the sea. The second bedroom has twin beds and overlooks the park. Both rooms have fitted open wardrobes, a dressing table with light up mirror, a hairdryer, full length mirror and a television.

There are two shower rooms. One is en suite to the twin room and the other is directly opposite the double bedroom. Both have good quality power showers, a toilet, hand basin, heated towel rail and a light up mirror.

We have tried to think of and include everything you might need to make this the perfect base for a really enjoyable holiday. All bed linen, towels, beach towels and tea towels are provided and there is complimentary WiFi.  We provide a welcome tray with Cornish Tea and Coffee, Cornish biscuits and fudge locally made on Bryher.  You’ll find milk in the fridge.  We live on the islands and are always at the end of the phone should you need anything.
